As we get older we like to claim that we suffer from ‘Senior Moments.’ Fair enough, it helps to have a reason that explains what goes on when we forget things. Its much easier to blame it on a ‘condition’ than ourselves, lol!
I have always felt, however, that this ‘condition’ is one that transcends all age groups.
Being a parent I can confirm this fact. I don’t know how many times I come across an item that I have instructed them to put in a specific location. Instead I find that item has landed within 2 feet of the location but not on target.
Never-mind the number of times that the explanation for why is, “I don’t know.” Or, “I can’t remember.” Or, “I forgot.”
